EVERY cancellation is subject to a $25.00 processing cancellation fee per room
• Cancellation must be made 2 weeks prior to reservation date to receive your 50% deposit refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks will be subject to re-rental before your 50% deposit is refunded.
• Cancellation during your stay - money will be refunded ONLY if the room is re-rented

Hand-painted murals by local artist Barbara Climer add a spectacular finishing touch to each room, 18 of which have private baths and many have an ocean view.
